A couple of years ago my intestines were completely impacted. The doctors only diagnosed me as being constipated. As I thought more about the way I was feeling when I ate different foods, and different symptoms I was exhibiting, I realized I may be gluten intolerant. I  researched foods I should avoid and information on things which often contain gluten which we may not even think of such as medications..

I found out that Gluten is an additive, it is not a natural ingredient in flours or other foods. 


Just because it's Gluten Free doesn't mean it can't be good.

Bacon Lovers Gluten Free Meatloaf

  • 2 pounds ground beef

  • ¾ cups of chopped bacon

  • ½ cup green onions

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 teaspoons honey dijon mustard

  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 cup potato flakes

  • 2 cloves minced garlic

  • 3/4 cup ketchup



Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Line 2 loaf pans with foil or lightly grease the pans and set aside. (You don’t have to line the pans with foil, but it makes clean up so much easier.)

Beef Stroganoff over Tater Tots

INGREDIENTS

Tater Totts (5 servings portion)
1 lb. Thin Sirloin Steaks
1 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup beef broth (gluten free)
3/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon basil pesto
1 1/2 teaspoon squeeze garlic
2 Tablespoons avocado oil
3 Tablespoons salted butter
1/4 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
1 slice havarti cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Bake tater tots per instructions on package
  2. Slice steak into 1 inch strips.
