INGREDIENTS

Tater Totts (5 servings portion)
1 lb. Thin Sirloin Steaks
1 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup beef broth (gluten free)
3/4 cup sour cream
1 teaspoon basil pesto
1 1/2 teaspoon squeeze garlic
2 Tablespoons avocado oil
3 Tablespoons salted butter
1/4 teaspoon sea salt (or to taste)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper (or to taste)
1 slice havarti cheese

INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Bake tater tots per instructions on package
  2. Slice steak into 1 inch strips.
  3. Combine avocado oil and butter in medium high heat with basil pesto and garlic squeeze. Saute mushrooms and steak until is lightly browned on each side. Season with sea salt and pepper.
  4. Add beef broth.
  5. Add sour cream.
  6. Whip heavy whipping cream with a whisk until bubbles form and add to beef and mushroom mixture.
  7. Add havarti cheese and mix til melted.
Serve over Tater Tots.
