• 2 pounds ground beef

  • ¾ cups of chopped bacon

  • ½ cup green onions

  • 2 eggs

  • 3 teaspoons honey dijon mustard

  • 2 teaspoons Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

  • 1/2 cup potato flakes

  • 2 cloves minced garlic

  • 3/4 cup ketchup



Directions:


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Line 2 loaf pans with foil or lightly grease the pans and set aside. (You don’t have to line the pans with foil, but it makes clean up so much easier.)

  3. Mix ketchup and honey dijon mustard in a bow and mix together. Keep mixture in a separate bowl, but follow next instruction.

  4. In a bowl add all but ¼ cup of the ketchup and mustard mixture and  combine all other ingredients, Put remaining ¼ cup of ketchup mixture aside.

  5. Divide meat in half and place each portion into the  loaf pans.

  6. Spread ketchup mixture  on top of meatloaves.

  7. Bake for 50-55 minutes.
