I have worked many years with children as well as seniors in memory care. Many activities you use with preschoolers are also appropriate for seniors.

If you are looking for an amazing sensory activity for you sensory bin, you want to try artificial snow. It feels like the real thing, depending on how much conditioner you use it sticks together well, so building a small snowman is fun, and smells great too.
It is simple to make:
6 cups of baking soda 1 cup of hair conditioner
Mix it together and then play.
